Return/Exchange Policy
ALL SALES DURING THE MONTH OF OCTOBER ARE FINAL!
Items cannot be returned without authorization. You must contact
Customer Service at returns@cospec.com or 614-237-6377 to obtain an
authorization code for return. This code must visibly appear on the
outside of the return package. Orders that are returned without verbal
authorization accompanied by an approval code will be refused.
Authorized returns are to be sent back in the original packaging and
containing all accessories. Any items that are sent back incomplete and
or missing packaging will only receive half credit. Please make sure
that your return authorization number is written boldly on the outside
of your packaging. Packages without this number will be refused.
If returning an item accompanied by an authorization code the package
must be postmarked within 30 business days of receipt of the package.
Returns are for costume merchandise only. Costumes will only be accepted
for return on the basis that the costume has not been worn and the
package is in its original condition. Shipping and handling fees cannot
be refunded.
Due to the high volume of business there will be no returns, exchanges
or refunds authorized between October 1 and November 15.
Costume Specialists accepts no liability for the use, misuse or handling
of any product upon purchase. The customer assumes all liability.
Costume Specialists will not be held responsible for the product once it
is shipped.

Shipping and handling via Federal Express Ground service within the
continental United States.
Next Day delivery is available upon request. Please contact us at
1-614-237-6300 for rates.
We ship most orders via Federal Express. The customer assumes all
responsibilities and charges for shipping on all purchased or rental
items. We ship by standard Federal Express ground unless otherwise
instructed.
Deliveries to residential addresses receive scheduled delivery (but not
guaranteed like commercial addresses) and the same dependable service
that you've come to expect from Federal Express.
Orders require a 48 hours processing time. Orders received after 3 PM
(Monday - Friday) will be processed the next business day. Please take
this into account when requesting 2nd day delivery.
No overnight or air delivery is permitted for flammable items (for
example hairspray).
We cannot ship to P.O Boxes.
Domestic Shipments - Shipments within the continental United States will
be shipped by Federal Express. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska (excluding
intra-Alaska shipments), Puerto Rico and other US possessions will be
shipped 2nd Day Air.
International Shipments - Destinations Not Listed Under Domestic
Shipments. Please e-mail us for your shipping charges, and the date
needed. We will email you back with shipping charge estimates.
